What exactly is rEBEL fit?

The idea for REBEL Fit was created during my own early postpartum journey with Mason. I felt extremely disconnected from my body and for someone with great body awareness from being a gymnast for 15 years, that was a feeling I never experienced before. I quickly realized that most women are not educated well on the pregnant or postpartum experience including what to expect and how to navigate these changes. I saw a need for a space where moms could connect, train and prioritize themselves without guilt or fear and help them understand how to transition back to the activities they love (more than the “just go slow and listen to your body” that most of us get at our 6 week follow up. As moms, we so often pour into everyone else and place ourselves last. But your children only get one you and taking care of her matters.
What began as a small group fitness class has evolved into a comprehensive approach that now includes pelvic floor physical therapy, nutrition coaching, and virtual 1:1 coaching services, all designed to support women through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.
What exactly is beyond? Beyond is when you feel you are no longer in the “postpartum” time of your life OR if you’ve never given birth. Pelvic floor issues can arise even without having a baby and we are here for you too!
At the core of REBEL Fit is a simple belief: every woman deserves to feel confident in her own skin and strength (both physical and mental) is something worth celebrating.
My Approach
I take a whole-body approach that looks beyond isolated symptoms and considers how your body actually functions as a unit, from breathing and core coordination to strength, movement patterns, lifestyle, and training demands.
Pelvic floor symptoms don’t exist in isolation and neither does pain, performance plateaus, or recurring injuries. That’s why my approach integrates:
Movement quality and strength training
Breathing mechanics and core coordination
Pelvic floor function within real world movement
Load management and training strategy
Nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle factors
Rather than telling you to “stop” or avoid movement, we focus on education, adaptation, and progressive loading so you can continue doing what you love with confidence.
The goal isn’t just symptom management, it’s helping you understand your body, build resilience, and develop long-term strategies that support performance, motherhood, and everyday life.
This is active, fitness forward care with you at the center. This is care that meets you where you are and moves you forward.
