Pelvic floor physical therapy focuses on how your core, pelvic floor, breath, and movement patterns work together.

Contrary to popular belief, pelvic floor symptoms like leaking, pain, or pressure are not something you just have to live with. They’re signals that something in your system needs attention.

Pelvic floor PT can help with:

  • Load management and movement education

Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition coaching is about fueling your body and learning sustainable habits, not shrinking it with extreme diets.

We help develop sustainable nutrition habits that support performance, recovery, pregnancy, postpartum, and everyday life. The focus is on education, consistency, building a better relationship with food and progress beyond the scale.

Nutrition coaching may support:

  • Performance and recovery

  • Pregnancy and postpartum fueling

  • Breaking cycles of restriction or diet hopping

  • Building habits that actually fit your life

  • Understanding hunger, fullness, and fueling needs

  • Weight loss

Nutrition coaching includes:

  • Weekly check-ins via text or email

  • Accountability to help keep you on track

  • Education on tracking apps or other means of tracking your intake

  • An individualized plan for your specific goals, while giving you the ability to select the foods you want (or don’t want) to eat. No, I do not write diet plans of “eat ____ for breakfast, _____ or lunch, etc).
