  • Yes! REBEL Fit is a great fit for mamas of all skill and experience levels. Each workout can be modified to your current abilities and goals.

  • Yes! You can choose to do birth prep sessions through either pelvic floor PT (in person if local) or virtually with 1:1 coaching.

  • Recommended equipment for REBEL Remote includes:

    Dumbbells (light, moderate, heavy)
    Loop bands

    Optional equipment, but not necessary:
    Kettlebell
    Bench
    Cardio machine
    Yoga ball

  • No, I do not directly accept health insurance, however I will provide you (upon request) a superbill which you can then submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement depending on your out-of-network benefits. You can also utilize HSA/FSA funds for payment.
