Who We Are
REBEL Fit was created for women who Refuse to be told their bodies are fragile. i work with active women (and those wanting to be) who desire to continue training through pregnancy, rebuild strength postpartum and manage pelvic floor symptoms without being sidelined or scared of movement. at REBEL we blend physical therapy, coaching and strength training to support your body through every stage of motherhood and beyond. this isn’t about “bouncing back”. It’s about building resilience, restoring confidence and giving you the education and strategy you were never taught.

Hi! I’m Dr. Jenny
I’m a wife, a boy mom to one energetic toddler, and someone who wears many hats, all rooted in a deep passion for helping women feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies. I’m a physical therapist, CrossFit Level 2 trainer, pre-& postnatal and nutrition coach.
Fun facts about me:
I was a gymnast for 15 years
I have 2 cats, Samoa a fiesty tortie and Benjamin a sweet orange tabby
I found CrossFit in 2017 and immediately fell in love. I now compete locally and sometimes even get to travel for it which is super cool
I’ve gone skydiving and have flown in the air on trapeze
Crafting and hosting get-togethers are two things that bring me immense joy
I moved to Maryland in 2015 and have now lived here for over 10 years
I’m a self-diagnosed introvert who loves to be around people.
